Return & Refund Policy

At Echo Studio Collective, we strive to provide accurate descriptions, detailed photographs, and transparent information to help you make confident purchasing decisions. Please review all listing details carefully before placing your order, and feel free to contact us with any questions.

Right of Withdrawal (European Union Customers)

If you are located within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the final item in your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

Orders may be canceled within 15 minutes of purchase by contacting us directly.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging, where applicable.

• The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Returns must be shipped within the applicable withdrawal period.

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all eligible refunds. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this fee.

Product-Specific Exemptions

Vinyl Records & CDs

• Sealed vinyl records and sealed CDs are exempt from the right of withdrawal once the original seal has been broken.

• Sealed vinyl records and CDs may be returned within the 14-day withdrawal period if they remain unopened and in their original condition.

• Used or unsealed vinyl records and CDs may be returned within the standard 14-day return period, provided they are returned in the same condition in which they were received.

Custom & Personalized Artwork

Custom-made, personalized, commissioned, or made-to-order artwork is exempt from the right of withdrawal and is not eligible for return or refund.

Vintage Clothing & Vintage Décor

Vintage clothing and vintage décor items may be returned within the standard 14-day return period, provided they are returned in the same condition in which they were received.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process any approved refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

The refund amount will be reduced by:

• Any applicable return shipping costs paid by the seller on your behalf.

• The 15% restocking fee.

You will receive confirmation by email once your refund has been issued.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Problem Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.

We are committed to resolving genuine order issues fairly and promptly. Photographs of the item and packaging may be required to assist with the resolution process.
